Nintendo have finally unveiled the specification list of their new home gaming console the Wii U. The Wii U has been expected to take on the Xbox 360 and PS3 and probably prevail over them. But will Nintendo's new console be able to match up with the next generation of consoles?
Earlier this week at E3, Epic Games pleasantly surprised many of its fans by announcing a new instalment of the Gears of War series. Many did not expect to see another Gears game grace the Xbox 360, expecting to see the next game to be on the next generation of consoles.
NetherRealm Studios previewed their new DC related game today. The studio which brought us the Mortal Kombat series previewed a fighting game which will see all your favourite DC characters beating the snot out of each other.
Capcom's Newest instalment of the Resident Evil series is promised to be the most ambitious yet. Why? I hear you ask, well, not only will RE6 have 3 separate story modes which will each have their own style of gameplay but you will also get to take control of 6 different characters which include some greats from previous RE games. Not only will RE6 have all of this but the multi-player promises to be where the innovation kicks in, apparently having a Journey type feel to it.
Nintendo has faced its fair share of controversy this E3, having many people argue that they are ignoring their core community. However, yesterday Nintendo debuted a game which appeals to both core gamer and casual gamer alike, The New Super Mario Bros. 2, which will be released for the 3DS on August 19th.
