The iPad 2 has been jailbroken – just a matter of days after its US release.
Going onsale in the states last Friday, the iPad hacking team has had first confirmation of the tweaked iOS software Cydia running on the new Apple tablet. @comex draws first blood from the Apple security measures, claiming that a brand new set of exploits had to be discovered as iOS 4.3 patched up holes in the previous security flaws.
Surprising? Hardly. Jailbreaks come thick and fast these days, but as ever folks; if you’re looking to put jailbreak hacks onto your iPad, be aware that you’ve all but voided your warranty.
