Samsung Galaxy Ace
First of the new Samsung handsets is the Galaxy Ace. It's running Android 2.2, AKA Froyo, with Samsung's TouchWiz UI on top. Screen size is 3.5 inches running at a HVGA 320 x 480 resolution. An 800Mhz processor is powering the show, with 2GB of storage space expandable by microSD. A 5MP camera with LED flash rounds out a list of features completed by Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi, an accelerometer, digital compass and a proximity sensor.
Samsung have revealed details of four new handsets ready to be released, just in time for MWC 2011.
The long-rumoured Galaxy Ace and Galaxy Mini handsets are joined by the Galaxy Fit and Galaxy Gio. Each will be out in March of this year, other than the Gio which will touch down in April.
Three have already confirmed that they will be carrying the Ace in the UK.
