Backyard Drive-In – big screen for your back garden

Home cinema

It’ll soon be summer and weather permitting, we’ll all be camping out in the back garden with a comfy chair and cold drink But what about all that TV we’ll miss? Easy – get the Backyard Drive-In.

It’s a big (or huge if you opt for the ‘extra large’) projection system for large scale outdoor viewing. It’s claimed to be easy to set up and uses an aluminium frame and a weather and wear-resistant screen, so you don’t have to worry about bringing it in at night. Although there could be an issue with your projector. And possibly theft.

Prices start at $1,049, going up to $1,449.
