You would have thought it was game over the mini MP3 player market – the shuffle or Creative’s Zen Stone both seem to have it sewn up. But still the budget players come – including this Packard Bell FunKey Town MP3 player.
It’s being sold as “streetwear”, missing the fact that streetwear is probably defined on the street, not in a marketing meeting. For your money, you get an aluminium-cased player with anti-shock silicone sleeve, snap hook to attach to your person, USB connector and either 1GB or 2GB of storage, with the option to load it with MP3, WMA and DRM-protected files.
