Roberts launches Gemini 46 DAB radio – listen to your portable DAB for longer

I imagine most of us listen to our DAB radio with a mains connection, probably because you’ll not get much life out of a set of batteries. If you prefer to be wire-free, it might be worth taking a look at Roberts’ Gemini 46 – which offers an extended battery of 80 hours – more than double that of other models.

Described as being in an ‘iPod white’ finish (it’s as if white didn’t exist before Apple), you get all the features you’d expect from a trypical DAB radio, including both FM/DAB wavebands, FM RDS station name display, 10 presets, clear LCD display, rotary tone/volume controls, automatic clock set and for when the batteries do die, a mains adaptor.

Expect to pay around £70.
