htc vision 2.jpgEyeing up a HTC Desire, but cant help but think your fingers would be more fulfilled I they had a physical keyboard to play about with? Then the latest info on the QWERTY-packing HTC Vision might be about to grab your attention.

Just because the rumoured phone is squeezing in a full QWERTY doesn’t mean it’s slacking on the specs elsewhere either. The HTC Vision will be running Android 2.1 with a 3.7 inch touchscreen, backed up by a 1GHz processor much the same as the excellent HTC Desire.

The keypad itself is a 4 line number, sliding ut from behind the screen. If it ever sees the light of day it will be the first time HTC have produced a QWERTY slider since the now two-year-old T-Mobile G1.

No official news on the HTC Vision yet, but it’s looking like the real deal. Expect an announcement soon.
