SoundBall: the Bluetooth football that goes BLEEP and BLOOP when you kick it

God bless Aleksei Stevens, who's an expert in "instrumental and electroacoustic composition" according to his website. What's that? I'm not sure, but it's involved making something called the SoundBall - a football that when kicked or moved makes noises that are a cross between Pong and an old-skool Doctor Who episode.

It works using a Bluetooth connection to a nearby computer, which triggers the sounds. Aleksei, Tech Digest salutes you. Watch below to see the demo.
