Facebook Messenger adds video messages

If simple words are not enough for you, the latest Facebook Messenger update lets you record and send 15-second video messages in the app.

Trusted Reviews reports that Facebook Messenger for iOS and Android now includes “Instant Video Sending” allowing you to “shoot and play 15-second video messages from the camera right in the app”.
Before this update, Messenger limited users to sending in-app pictures and pre-recorded videos, but now tapping and holding on the camera icon allows for on-the-fly recording.
While the front-facing camera is triggered by default, the rear camera can also be used.
The updated Facebook Messenger app can be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store.
