We've nabbed a clip of the Crescent Racing Superbike team as they use the new slate to improve their lap times, hurtling around the track at break-neck speeds. See YouTube video at the bottom of this post.

It's not just the bikes that are fast either; Samsung's new Galaxy Tab responds to the touch at a lightning-quick pace too thanks to its dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, helping Samsung's TouchWiz 4.0 UI make using the device as smooth and simple as it is speedy.

With the latest Android OS version (Honeycomb) onboard, you've also got access to an incredible library of apps, featuring everything from Google Maps to YouTube, productivity apps like Dropbox and Evernote to games like Angry Birds and Ultimate Spider-Man: Total Mayhem.

That's without even mentioning its email, video chat and web browsing potential (with full Adobe Flash support), or the Samsung Hubs which give you access to instant messaging apps, 11 million music tracks to download and over 2.3 million e-books to read.
