Earlier we reported that concerns were growing over Apple head-honcho Steve Jobs’ health after the usually customary White House press shots didn’t emerge following his meeting with President Obama and other tech giants. Now, after an agonizing wait, we have the first reputable image of Jobs following the latest wave of rumours surrounding his health.

The picture, posted on the official White House Flickr account, shows Jobs sitting to the left of the President, with Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook and Eric Schmidt of Google also in attendance. Here’s a zoomed in snap of Jobs seated next to Obama:

Admittedly, it’s only a back-of-the-head snap, and Jobs still looks remarkably thin, but it’s positive news considering the terminal cancer fear surrounding the iPhone mastermind.
