If your Twitter followers list is getting ridiculously long, keeping track of all the interesting things people post can be increasingly difficult. The Twitter Times looks set to address this issue, organising the most popular posts of your followers into a handy “newspaper.”
The Twitter Times works by crawling through your followers, and your followers followers. It notices trends in the links they post, such as how often they are tweeted, re-tweeted and viewed and ranks them in accordance to both the most popular and most recent events, saving you the hassle of trawling through each feed individually to find the most relevant stories.
Though the project is still in the testing stages, with the site taking roughly half an hour to generate your first newspaper issue, it’s still shaping up to be an exciting development certainly worth tweeting.
