Beer Station – dispense with the pub and drink youself into a coma in the comfort of your own home
Now, I love beer, love it, but the Beer Station just isn’t my glass of Budvar. Yeah, it looks all swish and smooth with its brushed chrome finish but the only thing that really separates it from an elaborate keg cover is the refrigeration unit under the sink.
Sure, it’d be fun to own but for the US$10,250 required why not just hire a bar for the night? At least you’d get more than the one beer to choose from plus some other poor schmo can do the cleaning up. Or if you really want to be stylish, you can’t beat one of those ’70s style, fully-stocked bars that folds out of your wall complete with disco lights and Night Fever on repeat. It’d probably work out cheaper.

First it won’t replace the pub because it doesn’t serve real ale. Second it doesn’t come with the atmosphere or the people.
