CES 2007: PCGamerBike lets you play Need For Speed AND get fit

Come on, no amount of drum-banging on the part of Nintendo’s Wii will really convince anyone that playing games can get you fit. But that was until I saw the PCGamerBike at CES today. It’s an exercise bike that hooks up to your console, so that when you pedal, your character or car moves in the game. And it works backwards too.

Watch the video below to see someone trying it at CES with a driving game – you use a regular controller to handle sideway movement and other actions.
