Ok, it doesn’t give you a breakdown of the merits of the piece and the style of the artist – what it does offer is a rating based on the ratio of the length of time that people spend in front of the art work to the duration of the exhibition. When there is nobody admiring the picture, it operates as a clock, becoming active via a motion sensor. An LED screen also displays comments and calculates a star rating based on the cumulative viewing time.
