The Parrot Sound System

No, this isn’t just another pair of speakers, it’s the Parrot Sound System, which will stream digital music from any Bluetooth-enabled device through the two 60w speakers.

Parrot’s Sound System works with every type of A2DP Bluetooth source – mobile phones, PDAs, MP3 players and Bluetooth-equipped PCs. An analogue input can also be used to make it compatible with traditional music sources, such as CD players, stereo systems and a computer’s analogue output.

The speakers connect wirelessly and each has its own volume level. This means that, apart from plugging each speaker into the mains, there are no wires between amplifier or speakers to trip over.

The Parrot Sound System should sell for around £245 and is likely to be in shops for the summer.
