Apple gets into legal trouble over iTunes interface

Apple‘s running into problems with its ever popular iTunes interface: Canadian Music company Contois Music & Technology claiming that Apple has not only violated their patent, but has been aware of the infrigement as early as January 2003. The suit alleges that Apple’s ever popular minimalist iTunes interface was first show by Contois Music & Technology at trade shows in 1995 and 1996 , and was ripped off by Apple.
