The LG G watch has been out for barely a month yet there is already signs that the company is readying the next version for an imminent release.
According to the Korea Times, the South Korean company will announce the LG G Watch 2 at the IFA show in Germany, which takes place in a couple of weeks time.
Whilst details on what will be new are scant, the KT suggests it will have an OLED display – and we’d dare speculate that the rest of specs in the watch will receive a slight boost. We’d also expect the G Watch 2 to be a much better device over all: Presumably the original G Watch was rushed out to match Google’s Android Wear launch window, and LG can take its time with this one.
We’ll let you know if we hear any more.
