mesh 7.jpgIf like me you’ve been saving up for a flash BMW most of your adult life that seems as far off into the distance as it did the first day you popped a penny into your piggy bank, here’s an alternative way to part with your cash that might tickle your fancy.

BMW have teamed up with UK PC manufacturers Mesh to help design the Mesh 7, a souped-up gaming PC that may grab the attention of even the most avid of petrol heads.

The Mesh 7 features a 2.66GHz Intel Core i7-920 quad-core CPU, 6GB of 1666MHz DDR 3 memory in tri-channel configuration, an Asus P6T SE motherboard and an AMD ATI Radeon HD 5970 dual-GPU graphics card, all packed into a crazy-looking casing.

The Mesh 7 has plenty of storage too . It packs in a 64GB Samsung SSD for the 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium OS and a 1TB 3Gb/s Sata drive for data. A Blu-ray drive and DVD writer are thrown into the mix for good measure too.

Mesh are also throwing into the package at no extra cost a Razer Arctosa gaming keyboard and a Razer Copperhead gaming mouse.

The Mesh 7 will set you back £2699 and is available directly from Mesh. It’s isn’t cheap, but its pocket money compared to an M6 Convertible’s £89,000 price tag.
