Things we like 1 British fashion brand Ted Baker, and especially its very cool patterned shirts and quirky jackets and coats. 2 Products that are named after regions that are name checked by the British shipping forecast.

So FINISTERRE, which is a brand new DAB digital radio from the fashion brand scores on both levels. Although technically Finisterre was renamed FitzRoy in 2002, but we won’t hold that against TB.

It is an upmarket Bluetooth-enabled radio that receives DAB and DAB+ broadcasts as well as traditional FM, allowing users to tune into international radio stations along with regional ones.

It is very stylish too and is manufactured using brushed aluminium and real leather. There’s also a handy 3.5mm stereo line-in cable and 3.5mm stereo headphone out for other audio sources, as well as a USB for firmware updates, a ‘sleep’ function, and a clock and alarm with snooze.

It costs around £200 and joins other bespoke items in the Ted Baker Audio collection, including over-ear headphones (ROCKALL), in-ear headphones (DOVER), and a Bluetooth speaker (FASTNET), all named after places in the British Isles.

FINISTERRE comes in two different colours, and is available from www.tedbakeraudio.com.
