New Call of Duty: Ghosts trailer has gun-toting astronauts and chopper-crashing dogs

We were totally ready for next-generation dogs in Call of Duty: Ghosts for the Xbox One and PS4. But machine-gun wielding astronauts? Infinity Ward really are pushing all our nerd buttons here.

This latest trailer gives a little more insight into the best-selling shooter series sequel’s single player campaign, kicking off in the middle of a space station battle before hurtling back down to Earth to show a dog taking out a helicopter.

Let me say that again: a dog taking out a helicopter. Badass.

Launching on November 5th, the game will also be available on current-gen consoles including the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, as well as PC. Check out the trailer above.
