Here’s a first look at what’s tipped to be Motorola’s next big Android phone, the Olympus. Still only at a rumour/spy shot stage, it’s said to be packing a NVIDIA Tegra 2 chip which should make it graphically a pretty sweet handset.

With the usual array of Android hardware buttons, it’s looking a lot like the “tough-phone” Motorola DEFY, but with sharper edges. Maybe that makes it an even ‘arder phone, aesthetically at least?

Hardware details are slim right now, but there are reports of dual band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR. Tegra 2 chips are also big on HD video, so it wouldn’t be too much of a jump to assume there will be a HDMI port with 1080p output tucked away somewhere too.
