There are plenty of iPod-friendly speakers around, but most wouldn’t fill a hamster cage with sound. That’s not the case with the Unison iX5 piano finish speaker system.
These are 70w speakers, using superior cone bass drivers for deep bass, silk dome tweeters for smoother highs and built-in power amplifiers. They also feature hand-crafted wood enclosures with a high-gloss piano finish and an iPod dock for charging and syncing your player. And if you haven’t got an Apple player, there’s connectivity for up to two other music sources and a built-in amplifier, so you don’t need to hook one up.
Controlled by remote, you can pick up the Unison iX5 speaker system for £249.
