As I sit here, wading through pages of text on a large computer screen, the last thing I can find use for is a sleep-inducing gadget. But late at night, with my brain still operating at full speed, it’s a different story. Time for the Dreamate.
Dreamate uses accupressure techniques to gently massage the “sleeping golden triangle” on your left wrist – these precise pressure points calm the body, lower stress levels, and induce sleep. Used 30 minutes before bedtime, you can retune and reset your biological clock and train your body to relax and sleep. In a week, you’ll feel better – in eight weeks, you’ll start getting the sleep you always dreamed about. Or so the maker says.
Anyway, if you want to take them up on their claim, the Dreamate retails for $79.99 (around £40).
