Two more handsets from Sony Ericsson, the T650 with its stainless steel finish and scratch-proof mineral glass and the S500 slim slider phone.

The 3G T650’s features include illumination effects on the keypad and the sides of the phone, which interact with animations on the screen. More practically, it has a 3.2 megapixel camera with picture blogging functionality, 1.9-inch screen with wide angle display, media player, Bluetooth (plus A2DP streaming). And it’s all packed into a case just 12.5mm thick. Available with a 256MB Memory Stick Micro and in two colours – Growing Green and Midnight Blue – it launches in the third quarter of 2007.

The S500 is a 14mm thick slim slider, also featuring external light effects – and you can set your phone themes to match with them just to show off. This time, there’s a 2 megapixel camera (revealed when you slide) with picture blogging, media player, video recording, web browsing and Bluetooth streaming.

It’s available in the strangely-named Mysterious Green and Spring Yellow colour schemes and again with that Memory Stick Micro. It ships in the coming weeks, no price as yet.
