It’s space-saving because of the speakers – it uses the NXT flat speakers for output (2 x 7w), coupled with a more substantial 15w subwoofer. As you would expect, there’s volume and bass control, along with auto sensing switch-on from standby mode. And there’s a headphone jack if you want to keep it to yourself.
And of course, there’s that price – retailing at around £28, which makes it worth a look if you’re not too bothered about audiophile output.
