JukeDock – 50s-style jukebox for your iPod

Another iPod add-on – this time to give your very modern iPod a retro makeover – the iPod JukeDock.

Named quite obviously because of the likeness to a traditional jukebox from the 1950s, the JukeDock isn’t a sound system itself, but makes it easy to play your music through a home stereo or TV. Dock your iPod, then use the included cabling to connect to a Hi-Fi or TV to blast out your tunes or view your photos/movies.

As a docking station, it charges as it plays and syncs with your computer, you can control your iPod with your existing stereo/TV remote and to add some extra cheese, you get the coloured lights you’d expect from a vintage jukebox.

Available online, you can pick one up in black or white for $99.99 (which is just over £50).
