InVoca voice-activated remote control

For some people, about the only exercise in life is getting out of bed and reaching for the remote. Well, not for much longer – InVoca can cut out the remote bit by making channel changing as simple as speaking up.

Yes, according to a story over at Shiny Shiny, the ultimately lazy-person’s gadget, InVoca voice-activated remote control, is now available. It can recognise up to four voices and deal with complex commands – though whether the command "get this **** off!" will work, I’m not too sure. It’s even rechargeable via its cradle – so that’ll save you some arm movement every six months too.

Available for $50, get the full details at Shiny Shiny.
