UK pricing and availabilty for the Acer Iconia TAB A500 and W500 tablets has just been revealed.
Those after a Windows tablet should go for the £449 W500 tablet (featured in the video above). Running Windows 7, it goes on sale from April 8th. Though it makes it significantly more pricey at £529, it can also be purchased with a keyboard dock, and is considered the optimal set-up for the tablet.
The Android Honeycomb-packing A500 will touch down in mid-May, priced £449 too. It doesn't come with a keyboard dock, though Acer will offer an optional Bluetooth keyboard for those that can't do without a hardware keyboard. Honeycomb is a far more finger-friendly OS than Windows 7 though, so that shouldn't be a problem.
