In the market for a novelty handset? You could soon get your hands on the Toaster Phone.
It's the work of Renata Quintela, an industrial design student in Brazil. From that, you can ascertain that this is a concept - but certainly one with potential. How does it work? Well, that's not clear from the product page, but we can guess that the 'toast' phone goes into the toaster unit for charging, popping up when a call comes though. The toast features all the buttons needed for calling, plus the earpiece and mic and as it's a toaster, there's obviously two of them.
