At CES in Las Vegas back in January we reported on an innovative Aussie firm called Torian who planned to deliver a take anywhere Wi-Fi powered internet radio. The idea big is that when you are on the move and land at a Wi-Fi hot spot you can use the device to tune into your favourite channels. We remember being fairly impressed by its size and how simple it was to use too. It also includes an MP3 player, FM radio and something Torian is calling a weather ticker tape banner.

Seems like the gadget is a goer for The Herald Sun newspaper reports that the radio, which Torian calls the Infusio, will be one sale towards the end of the year and will retail for around 280 Australian dollars. No news on a European launch.
