Rawk and Jack Daniels have always gone together, so it's no surprise to find a line of JD-branded guitars nestling in a corner at CES. They're made by Peavey, which is well-known to guitar buffs. According to general manager of marketing Tony Moscal, branded guitars are a growing area - "and after all, we're both good Southern companies, so it's a good fit!"
Peavey also had a bunch of Betty Boop guitars on its stand, but I'll leave those to Shiny Shiny, as they're more for female axe twiddlers. I don't really drink Jack Daniels though, so if someone could see fit to make a Dry Blackthorn or Strongbow guitar, that'd be much appreciated...
