Is nothing sacred these days? Once just an easy way for your gran to get her shopping back from the supermarket, the shopping trolley has had a makeover - into a powerful sound system.

It's now known as the Mskyo and was created by German design team Claassen and Partner. Looks-wise it hasn't changed much - wheels, handle and tartan cloth finish are all still there. But also present is a powerful sound system, not unlike the good old ghetto blaster.

The one thing we don't know is the price. The company jsut has a cryptic "get in touch" message if you're interested. So if you want to liven up your granny's life, I suggest you do that. But check first if there's still room for a small loaf and a packet of Fig Rolls.
