Goodbye paper

Goodbye_paper_1This isn't news of an approaching Fahrenheit 451 style society but the unveiling of an amazing technology pioneered by Fujitsu Corp's labs. This extremely thin and flexible colour display material requires only minimal power to operate and when the power is cut the last displayed image remains on the screen. Earlier in the week we found out about an Arizona school doing away with text books, so I guess soon they'll be able to banish any tree-based substance entirely.
