Just as wearables were starting to become the norm, and just as drones are on the verge of taking over – a futuristic combination of the two has appeared.
Produced for the Intel Make It Wearable challenge, the quad-copter can be worn around the wrist, before being launched with a tap: It’ll fly away from you and start recording. As you can see in the video – it is perfect for extreme sports people, and it means that selfies no longer require an awkwardly out-stretched arm.
Our only question is “When will this be going into mass production?”
