Gun O'Clock: The alarm clock you have to shoot to snooze

Forget Freddy Krueger; your dreams just got a new worst nightmare in the shape of the Gun O’Clock alarm clock.

Built by the Bandai, the company responsible for Tamagotchis and Gundam mech toys, the clock won’t stop its incessant beeping until you fire off a well-placed shot at the target bullseye which pops up every morning.

If that tortuous routine doesn’t lead to an in-house gun amnesty (and the Gun O’Clock smashed into a million pieces), there’s also a shooting accuracy game to take part in. Check out the wacky video below for a more colourful description.

Pick the alarm clock up for $89 by clicking here.

  • I wonder if you can put pictures on the gun and target alarm clock?  I’m thinking it should come with cutouts of presidents, politicians, annoying celebrities, and a cut and paste your own photo.
