A video detailing Sony Ericsson’s forthcoming Xperia Neo handset has popped up online.

Also known as the Vivaz 2 or MT15i, the smartphone is runnign Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), with a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM7630 CPU powering the show, Adreno 205 graphics chip, 512MB RAM, a 854×480 “Reality Display” similar to that seen in the Arc, an 8.1-megapixel camera and a 1500mAh battery.

It leaves Sony Ericsson’s assumed Mobile World Congress 2011 line-up now a little bereft of surprises. We’ve seen the Arc, the Play and now also the Neo. From the leaked trademark names circulating around December that leaves only the Xperia Duo to be revealed, if such a handset turns out to exist.

We’ll be hititng the show floor at MWC 2011 next week, so we’ll be sure to keep an eye out for details on all four handsets then.
