Three new Cyber Shot cameras are vaulting out of the Sony stables in the next month. The DSC-W520 is out in March, with the DSC-HX100V and DSC-HX9V a month after that, and we’ve got all the details on what they’re packing.

Both HX models are fully capable of shooting 1080p video at 50 progressive fps, with 16.2-megapixel Exmor R CMOS sensors producing snaps made p of 40 million pixels. Each also offers 3D still shooting and 3D sweep panorama modes, with 3 inch 921,000-dot extra fine LCD displays on the rear side.

The main difference between the two? Optical zoom levels; the premium level HX100V has a 30x optical zoom Carl Zeiss Vario Sonnar T* lens, while the HX9V has a 16x Sony G lens.

The W520 has a 14.1 MP CD sensor, with 5x optical zoom (25mm wide angle). Its preview and menu display is a 2.7 inches LCD, with sweep panorama and multiple intelligent auto modes available to get the most out of your shots.

No pricing info yet, but we’ll pass it on when we get it.
