You may have seen this image before. That’s because it’s the one we used just over two months ago when we reported on Apple denying that they had plans for a netbook. Well, if you believe the latest rumours from CrunchGear, they may be developing one after all. Not just any netbook either – one with an OLED touch screen. Oh and new iPhones and iPod Touch models too.

The source of the leak is said to be at LG, who last year entered into talks with Apple over developing their screen technology. There isn’t anything juicy to tell about the new iPhone/Pods, but a couple of interesting details about the OLED netbook screen have come to light. It seems that LG are working hard on making it resistant to body oils and sweat and have come up with a screen that will prevent finger marking with an added layer.

To add one last morsel of rumour to this already full banquet of hearsay, the source also reckons Apple may be working on another wireless content device, due to their interest in extremely thin OLED screens.

We’ll have to wait and see whether or not this comes true. It’d be pretty bad news for LG’s relationship with Apple if they’re responsible for product leaks of this magnitude.
