Sanyo's retro Xacti CG9 camcorder launches in the UK

We flagged this up when it was announced in Japan, now we have had it confirmed that the Sanyo Xacti CG9 will hit the UK this month.
This retro-styled camcorder will be offered in different colours for the UK market – silver, black or pink. Each will capture video and 9.1-megapixel still images, with the video recording in the MPEG4 AVC/H.264 video codec to SD/SDHC card, assisted by a 2.5-inch LCD screen and 5x optical zoom. And you can directly upload your videos straight to sites like YouTube, MySpace and Facebook.
Expect it from mid-April, priced around £200.
