The EC carried out a survey and was shocked to discover that different nations use different means of enforcing games ratings. Incredible really. All these people packed into less than 2 million square miles and it turns out that they not all following the same rules on games ratings.

In fact, some have absolutely no rules at all. It’s a miracle anarchy hasn’t broken out yet. The commission has called for a code of conduct to be drawn up so that European retailers are aware of their responsibilities.
