Palm throws stones at RIM for BlackBerry outage, forgets it lives in glasshouse

Palm has displayed its sense of humour and willingness to poke fun at RIM for Monday’s BlackBerry downtime, by running full-page adverts in several national US newspapers, promising ‘no nationwide blackouts’.

They even edited their Palm homepage to claim they offer ‘uptime’ to all users. This would be all the more hilarious had Palm not recently ranked last in a phone handset customer satisfaction survey in the US, of course.
