These over-ear cans pictured are their latest venture, made in collaboration with music moguls Dr. Dre and Interscope Chairman Jimmy Iovine.

Dubbed ‘Beats’, the headphones have been in development for two years and will be available in the US for $399.95 as of June, with no word yet on worldwide availability.

“When I’m making a track I’m trying to capture the sound that makes me go ‘now that’s the shit!’ And I want that reaction from everybody who hears it. I spend a lot of time in the studio listening to my music through headphones…with Beats, people are finally going to hear it the way they should – the way I do,” said Dr. Dre.

Included with the headphones are a carry case, Monster headphone cable, mini-stereo to 1/4-inch stereo cable adapter and the iSoniTalk micrphone/headphone adapter for iPhones.
