Sony unveils ICDUX70 and ICDUX80 dictation devices with MP3 playback

Sony has added to its voice recorder range, introducing the ICDUX70 or ICDUX80, with the added bonus of MP3 music playback.

Available with 1GB or 2GB capacity, the UX70 and UX80 can record up to 290 hours and 581 hours respectively in long play mode. There’s also an increased speed function for editing, stereo recording in MP3 format, drag and drop file transfer and recharging via USB plus that music playback – over 500 songs can be stored on the memory.

The ICDUX70 is available in black and pink, the ICDUX80 is available in black and silver. Both models are available from January 2008.
