HP staged a mammoth launch last night in New York, and demonstrated their commitment to the (some say) dying PDA market, launching two new models aimed at the enterprise market. However, they had some smartphone offerings too, as seen in the Business Navigator (iPaq 614c) and the Business Messenger (iPaq 914c) pictured here.

Both feature HSDPA connectivity, a 3 megapixel camera, WiFi, in-built sat nav and Windows Mobile 6. They differ on form factor, with the Messenger sporting a landscape screen and a QWERTY keypad, and the Navigator looking slightly more funky with its iPod-esque scroll wheel. The slightly thicker handset of the Navigator is accounted for by its mammoth battery, which hides a quoted 7 hour talk time. And if you’re looking for reasons to buy the Navigator, how about the fact that it doubles as a modem when connected to a laptop.

Both will be available late October and will be available around the £350 mark SIM free from the usual suspects (Expansys etc).
