Skype has updated its software for Windows to Skype 3.5, with video sharing the significant new addition.

Skype has teamed up with video sharing sites Dailymotion www.dailymotion.com and Metacafe www.metacafe.com, allowing users to download videos from these sites before adding them to your Skype ‘mood’. In addition to sharing video in your mood, users can now also include video content in online Skype chats.

Other new features include taking still photos when making a video call, transfer of incoming calls to another person and the re-introduction of auto redial. You can download the new software now.
