Would you find it easier to mess with your watch rather than fumble in your bag to control your iPod? Then you need the Timex Ironman watch.

Timex has updated the Ironman, shifting it from just a waterproof workout companion with advanced timers to an iPod remote – but without losing its athletic functionality. Just plug the included dongle into your iPod and your watch will control using a 2.4GHz range. You can play, pause, skip, backtrack, and adjust the volume via buttons on the watch – the same buttons that control the timers to save on bulk.

It should be available in the US this month, with price predicted to be between $99 and $125.
