Lindy introduces entry-level USB VoIP phone

You can get numerous VoIP phones these days, including some rather smart wireless numbers. But if you just want a basic phone to make cheap calls at your desk, you might want to look at this newly-launched USB VoIP phone from Lindy.

It’s compatible with Skype (indeed, it has auto-launch functionality for that service) as well as the likes of MSN and Yahoo Messenger. The red and black handset also has quick dial, four ringtones, 1.3m of cable and can be used on the desk or wall-mounted.

Good for use with Windows 2000, XP and Vista, it retails for £21.99.
