Lexar introduces Jumpdrive Secure II Plus flash drive with capacity meter

Another day, another flash drive – this time from Lexar, which has introduced the Jumpdrive Secure II Plus, which promises added security and an indicator of space.

Available in sizes from 1GB to 8GB, the drive features 256-bit AES encryption, file ‘shredding’ for discarded files as well as a built-in, shatterproof capacity meter which indicates storage even if it isn’t plugged into a PC. And of course, it’s compatible with both PCs and Macs, just as long as they have USB connectivity.

Available in stores, prices range from £19.99 to £49.99.
