We first wrote about Denon’s S-81DAB system last October, and were impressed by its ease of use and iPod integration. Well, Denon is relaunching the system for 2007/08 at a lower price point of £500 (it was £600 when it originally launched).

The specs are still the same, so you’re getting a CD player with MP3/WMA support, a DAB radio along with FM/AM as backup, and a lead for connecting your iPod, along with a remote control with a dedicated iPod button. The speakers are colour-coded to make setting up the system a doddle too.
